Cabs charge a flat rate of $36 from the airport to anywhere uptown/downtown. There is a cab line outside of baggage claim. 

Uber and Lyft are also available, but significantly more expensive.

Uber/Lyft will be easiest while in town.

Cabs can be called and OCCASIONALLY flagged down, usually when you're downtown.

Tickets are $1.25. You can either pay with exact change or you can purchase on the app: Le Pass.
